Very disappointed with this faucet. Poor design and construction. Almost immediately after installation, a small leak under the handle kept our granite countertop constantly damp. 18 months after installation, the stream pause button fell off. Then a few months later, a water hose made a small hole under the sink, squirting everything in our closet and making a huge mess. Koehler was very helpful in sending a replacement faucet, but after installing the replacement faucet we found that the spray nozzle knobs were faulty and not working, would not stay in either spray or flow mode, and were a mess with every use. Koehler was contacted again today and they are now shipping a completely different model of faucet. I hope the third time will prove the charm.
