Works as it should. Instructions came but I was able to figure out the setup. Doesn't work for audio but that's ok because I used a bluetooth speaker with surround sound so it was ok. Netflix and Xfinity Stream will not work with the product. Otherwise Hulu, Tubi, Pluto TV work perfectly. With Netflix I see it on my screen and when I select a show to watch it goes blank and only plays on my iPhone. Xfinity Steam says in the app that it can't play due to 3rd party hardware. 8/31/2020** UPDATE** I had to downgrade this product. The last time I used it was 08/17/2020 - I was able to see some messages from the phone to the TV. I tried to use it yesterday and it doesn't even work. I've had it for at least maybe less than 1 month. I will NOT order again. 11/20/20 **UPDATE** Okay I have to edit my review - a few weeks ago my colleague gifted me a smart tv, I still had this adapter so I decided to give it a try and see if it still had it is working. It actually still works, I'm guessing since my last TV was almost 8 years old and wasn't a Smart TV, the cable wasn't compatible. But it works, just not for Netflix or Comcast. But for Tubi/Crackle/Pluto TV it works.
