I like the tool that help to maintain a schedule for the project, I like the tool has an easy to follow the tutorials and help in the implementation of the tool and the dashboard is very easy to use and a lot of options. I don't like the tool that it is very expensive and the license has a lot of restrictions. I recommend this tool to all the companies that want to implement a project, it really works good and help in the implementation process. I have solved many problems regarding the implementation of the project and we are very happy with it. I like that they have been very proactive in getting me answers to my questions before we even started working together! They made sure everything was clear from Day 1 so there were no surprises down at implementation time (which is always stressful.) The team knows what it's doing when comes client projects - which means less stress/time wasted trying new things only because "we've tried this once." It would be nice if their pricing model wasn't as complicated but overall great experience thus far!!
