The product itself is a good beard cleanser but I complain that the developers made a huge mistake in the design of the container itself . be compatible with the product. The top opening of the dispenser clogs all the time, and I don't mean little by little. You literally have to take it apart to remove the thick clogged soap and then I had to use a sharp tool to unclog the small hole which is a pain in the back. Even so, vigorous rinsing is required to remove any remaining residue to get it working properly again before you can reassemble the cap. This is enough for a couple of uses before you have to repeat the whole process. This is an EPIC flaw in design and function that pales the product's good qualities in comparison to the main disadvantages of the top of the dispenser. Talk about making a good product worthless to your customers for the hassle of getting it out of the bottle. Until they fix this I won't be buying again which is a shame because I love the product myself but it's not worth the hassle!
