The product itself is a good beard cleanser but I complain that the developers made a huge mistake in the design of the container itself . be compatible with the product. The top opening of the dispenser clogs all the time, and I don't mean little by little. You literally have to take it apart to remove the thick clogged soap and then I had to use a sharp tool to unclog the small hole which is a pain in the back.
