The fact that all of our leads are verified makes it easy to know who is serious about leaving feedback for our company after a potential transaction/experience has occurred! Not having the option available in some countries (e.g. India). It's not much work, but I have suggested more integrations with local businesses in different parts around the world so we can be more globalized than before. We can now gather data quickly from everywhere and analyze trends globally! The product is easy to use, simple interface, no lag or buffering issues, best for large scale users. The price could be better than other similar products in the market. It's a great tool to improve business with user generated content. I have been using this software since it was released and i love it! i recommend this tool to all my friends who need customer feedback. We are able to get valuable insights into our customers through this tool.
