I really don't want this to be considered a selfie stick. It's not like this. However, this is a fantastic tripod. The footprint is so small that I put it in the room I was going to use it in and didn't even notice it until I was about to record something, and you know what? It's right here! It's right there, it's set up, and I can just plug my phone into it. Right now he's literally standing on the floor in front of two doors that I can still open in my office, even if I don't move the tripod. How crazy is that? Such a small footprint and so useful. I always have ideas, and since the tripod is already set up, I grab them. Don't be fooled by promotional material. It's not just a phone/action camera tripod. I put a Canon SL1 on it with no problems. It's all metal and very durable. Thanks to the different heights, I can place it on the floor or on a table to get the best viewing angles. The only thing missing is the lack of movement at the base of the head. If it could move horizontally at the point of contact with the hand, it would also get 5 stars for versatility. A reliable choice at a great price. A NOTICE. I replaced the phone adapter with my own because I have a very heavy phone and just don't want to risk it. The included basic variant is not my favorite for larger phones.
