I've been using this speaker extensively for about 9 months. The speaker wasn't that loud to begin with, but I got used to it. The biggest disappointment is that they sell up to 20 hours of playtime on a full charge, and I consistently get over 12 hours if I'm lucky. I'm a fedex driver who sometimes works a 12 hour shift and before my shift is over the speaker in me dies in about 10 hours and worse if you charge your phone with it. I can't even charge it anymore. I'm definitely not buying anything from this company as they can't make a durable speaker. Long battery life look elsewhere because this speaker isn't right. This speaker is great for relaxing on the beach or rafting, so overall satisfactory but nothing special.
