This was my first purchase of a Bluetooth speaker, primarily for use with my phone. Out of the box, it's very appealing with its bamboo finish and comes with the promised accessories. It was easy to charge and the battery life seems to be on point. Sound quality is good for such small speakers and volume can be quite high without distortion. One downside is that the volume slider doesn't allow for fine tuning - most of the time I use the volume slider on my phone (ZTE Axon) which is more sensitive. My wife uses it with a Pixel phone which doesn't have a very good volume control. This often makes it difficult for her to get the volume she wants. Also, the instruction manual could have been printed in a larger font - I almost had to find a magnifying glass to read it. Despite these limitations, I am happy with the purchase.
