I had high hopes for this Naples water filter pitcher. The manufacturer stated that it filters slowly and even included instructions on how to make it work through the filter. For the first week I used the jug, the water filtered slowly but that was fine unless I needed the filtered water right away. The water actually tasted much better, which I was glad about. The second week the filtration took an unbearably long time and I noticed that when the bottom of the filter touches the water it doesn't seem to be filtered at all. When I poured enough water so that it didn't touch the bottom of the filter, less than 2 1/2 cups of water remained. In the meantime I've gone through the instructions three times, looked at "Troubleshooting" and followed it exactly. The problem was never resolved so I sent the water jug back from Naples. I order a lot from Revain and rarely return. I was disappointed with this product.
