Good product, sorry for the instructions.

The instructions that came with the HiTauing Aquarium Wavemaker Circulator were unclear and they seem to have used Google Translate for most of the suggestions. Luckily, setup is very easy, and if you've set up a wave generator before, it will be no different and will take you about ten minutes. tanks) and what exactly each of them does. In addition, this wave generator allows you to connect other wave generators of the same brand (wirelessly) if you wish. However, the instructions are very vague and it seems like an overly complex process that can be solved with a simple proprietary application capable of controlling all connected devices. Just like a smart socket. This wave generator is quite powerful. I put it in my 65 gallon fresh water tank and it never went above 3 (down to 9). There are many modes described in the instructions (e.g. night mode, constant speed, high tide, waves, etc.) but the best way I tested them was just by playing around with them. The wave generator itself is attached to the glass with a magnet. I've had no issues with it staying in place or moving, even with regular maintenance and water changes. The only issue I noticed, aside from the hard-to-read instructions, was an audible hum, which was louder than I expected. At 1-3 power, the rumble was only audible a foot or two from the tank. As the power increases, the noise becomes more and more evident. If this is your only noise device in your aquarium, this is not a big problem. But if you also have a hanging filter, nozzle, sponge filter or other wave generator, this device will add a symphony of sounds to your aquarium.
