Review on Paul Rubens Metallic Non Toxic Beginners by Carrie Spencer

Oil pastel is my favorite medium. While I have room for all of my oil pastels, I especially like having a stash of off-white pastels that won't break the bank. I already had a good set but needed a backup. So far I've only bought the white add-on pack. Due to the recent Paul Rubens/Arrtx anniversary sale, which lasted about a week, I'm buying regular oil pastels along with glitter and pastels (and some other non-pastel art supplies). I replaced my core set with Paul Rubens and this set and now it's my backup. These are my favourites.
