Likes. Just received it yesterday and used it straight away to clean a brown microfiber sofa and black/brown (polyethylene) carpet. I sprayed the solution on the couch and (gently) wiped it off with a towel and BAM! it was clean. It smelled clean and looked beautiful afterwards. After a few minutes I felt the sofa and it was soft and clean. This sofa is around 4 years old and has not been cleaned (other than spot cleaning) since it was new. The carpet is a bit newer and the results weren't that obvious but after I scrubbed it there was dirt on the towel. So far I like the product.
