Review on PureDrop CUW4 Aquacube Tankless Filtration by Tammy Smith

We love the design, ease of installation and quality of materials on this filter, but after about 30 days of use the water starts to smell strongly of sewage. . After research, we found that it could be a build up of anaerobic bacteria in one of the filters. However, there are no instructions or ways to fix such issues other than contacting the company for a new filter. We called iSpring and after agreement they asked us to apply on their website. We have and will update this review based on customer experiences and issue resolutions. In the meantime we are back with Britta
