THESE DEVICES MUST CALL BACK IMMEDIATELY.

I drove my 2008 Road King for less than 20 minutes and noticed a burnt plastic smell and smoke. This device overheated so much that the insulation on the wires melted and shorted out. This could have been a much more serious situation if I hadn't noticed in time. These devices are dangerous. I returned it for a full refund and bought a Custom Dynamics stabilizer. The custom dynamic stays COOL and lets the LEDs work properly. This post is not an endorsement of Custom Dynamics, just information on what works perfectly.
