I was looking for merino wool for underwear to wear while cycling. I've heard this is the way to go because wool keeps you warm even when wet, is fairly easy to clean and doesn't hold odors as much as cotton or polyester. After a very long search I have found that this is the best value for money when there is both a top and bottom. However, I took a risk because there were no reviews. Well temperatures have started to drop lately so I thought it would be a good time to check them out before it's time to turn on the heat at home. They work great. I even thought of turning the air conditioning back on! After a few days of wearing they still have no smell so they seem to be working in that regard. This is a good thick material. Doesn't feel heavy when worn, but is slightly heavier than the cotton base layer. Good quality. I think the top could fit someone with a big stomach or arms if needed. It's not too loose and definitely fits, but I just have a slightly heavier butt. I wear pant size 34 and the bottom fits perfectly. I think I got lucky with the purchase here too. I don't know how many colds I'll have to endure and for how long, but I'm considering buying another set. Luckily I don't have to search again and just find another set.
