One Ball, Twice as Hard

This one left me a bit disappointed. I'm used to an old fashioned massager (this kind) with TWO balls and a force that some say irritates the bones. The old one was actually hard enough and big enough (with two balls) to get through the RLS feeling in my calf. This is important if you have muscular legs and need to tap to feel like it's going through the entire muscle and hitting the back of the leg bone. going hard enough to give me complete relief. When my husband uses it on my calf it only seems half done unless he uses some of his weight to really, REALLY push it down which probably isn't good for a massager. If you have mild muscle discomfort or mild RLS (if there is such a thing as mild RLS) then this is probably for you. I think part of that is the rules and regulations set by Uncle Sam. You know, the ones that run your coffee pot cord too short and your heating pad not hot enough. But I'll be looking at auction for a discontinued model that's actually sturdy enough to keep me up at night. As for the light on this thing, it's just stupid. I'm not sure what to say about that other than the light is on the back of the car. So when he's doing something you don't get a massage at all while he's working. As far as I can tell it's just a light and doesn't do anything for me. Finally, I only recommend this if you are having LITTLE difficulty. If you are in severe pain and cramping (and out of control) then I suggest you try to find a two ball machine that can get much, much heavier.
