Not 30w or floods on accent and off road lighting

Boost 1.28A at 12.7V = 16W Output is slightly brighter than my Olight 1000lm, I would say it is probably 1300-1500lm light. The properties listed are MUCH exaggerated. Also, at 6ft it creates a bright 30" square with a quick drop off after that, so more like a 30 degree ride/spot.
