Review on Simplylog CMMS by Richard Edwar

I like how easy it was to use once we got used to its interface since this software does not require any technical skills or knowledge of coding in order to set up an efficient monitoring tool which can be operated by nontechnical personnel as well, even children. The only thing i dislike about this product is when there are too many things going at one time causing some lag times but other than that everything else has been great! This makes our job easier because now everyone knows exactly what needs attention so they don't have to keep asking us questions all day long. We no longer get calls from customers who want their information updated after hours due to them forgetting something important such as pricing details etc.,etc.. They know where to find me if anything comes up during business hours. It also helps track and manage inventory better overall.
