I recently bought this headset because my MPOW headset broke when my young daughter picked it up and the ease with which I broke it made me want to shop. I work from home so I need a headset for my computer, cell phone and Cisco desk phone so this headset seemed to cover all of those needs for a reasonable price. Ok - the headset is light and quite comfortable to wear. . I prefer the one-ear solution as it's easier to make calls if you can hear yourself a little. The headset does what it says on the tin - it connects easily to all my devices and has a jack that I can just unplug from my Cisco phone and plug into my laptop without having to fiddle with the back of the phone to get the Pull out the RJ9 connector. Bad audio quality is very bad. I found myself constantly asking people to repeat their words and it got to the point where during a call I would just turn it off and hold my phone to my ear for much better sound quality. I switched between this set and my old headphones. which broke, and the difference in quality was very noticeable. I ended up collecting my old headset and using it temporarily while reordering from Revain. In the end, all the features and device compatibility don't matter if it's almost impossible to clearly understand your interlocutor. to
