Terrible product, terrible customer support

Getting started. I've had this head unit for about two months now and I regret the purchase. If you want to install a main unit that falsely claims to have an AM radio and it crashes from time to time, contact (click for quick answer) and skip (skip for useless information) support service and the corresponding Android system Slowly respond from time to time, then buy this unit.1. The Keleda seller states on the Revain product page that this main unit has an AM radio (mentions this 3 times). It is not. Even the instruction manual I received with the product says you can program 12 AM presets. You can not. When I raised this issue with Keleda customer service, after a week and 3 replies, they confirmed that it doesn't have AM radio. When I complained I was told to grind sand.2. The FM radio works, but I've had several instances of the radio crashing after trying to switch to the Android app. On one occasion I literally had to pull over to the side of the freeway to turn off the car because the head unit was making a loud static noise that I couldn't turn off. The main unit interface is terrible. You may need to install a third-party interface from the Play Store, e.g. B. Agama Car Launcher, Car Launcher Pro or Car Home Ultra to make the interface more attractive and user-friendly. The instructions for connecting the rear camera were a bit confusing. It took several tries before I got it connected properly. And the wiring of the radio buttons on the steering wheel is not really explained either. I got quite a few letters back and forth saying things didn't work out with Keleda before I gave up. Eventually I got help from someone who had experience connecting head units. My biggest regret is that I spent a lot of time and effort installing this head unit only to find that it didn't have an AM radio, that was the main reason I bought it. Life events delayed the installation of the device and therefore prevented me from returning the device before the Revain return window closed. However, thanks to Revain for allowing me to still return the item after contacting them and explaining the situation. The seller is also contacted to correct the product description to state that the main unit does not have an AM radio. I'll be replacing it with a true AM/FM radio soon as it failed miserably for my one true expectation - listening to my favorite sports AM station. Given all the shortcomings of the device and the lack of customer support, if this damn thing had an AM radio I would give it 3 or even 4 stars as I'd be pleased, if a little annoyed. Instead he only gets 1 star because it was impossible to give him a space or 0 stars. you live and learn.
