At first I was happy with the product as it seemed to work better than other cables. However, after some time the magnet lost its attraction and it seemed to charge poorly as the connection was weak. When we tried to remove the small device from the smartphone, it was very tight and broke so much during removal that part of the device was still in the smartphone and could not be removed completely. Luckily we were able to find another way to charge the phone. This happened on two of our phones. When we removed the second device, it broke again inside the phone, but we were able to use needle-nosed pliers and carefully remove all the elements. I would recommend not removing the small device when it is in the smartphone and somehow charging the magnet (with a strong magnet) while it is still in the phone. To prevent the magnet from losing its attraction, try not to hit the device in the smartphone with the cable, which will reduce the magnetic attraction.
