At first I was happy with the product as it seemed to work better than other cables. However, after some time the magnet lost its attraction and it seemed to charge poorly as the connection was weak. When we tried to remove the small device from the smartphone, it was very tight and broke so much during removal that part of the device was still in the smartphone and could not be removed completely. Luckily we were able to find another way to charge the phone. This happened on two of our phones.
