backpack comes as advertised with two bottles, a rescue blanket and a hydration sleeve (no bottle included - I have 2/17 oz bottles). Long-distance tested: They fit well the entire way. There were no splashes in soft flasks during the run. The backpack remained comfortable the whole time. The side pockets are big enough to put your phone, food and a few other small items. The 5 liter back pocket can hold a decent amount if you use soft flasks instead of a hydration bladder. Under the left front water bottle pocket is a zipped pocket for keys/some cell phones and two external pockets for gels or other small items. All in all a good package for the money. It probably doesn't fit everything you need for a self-sufficient ultra-long range, but that's not what I bought it for! The shape is perfect for me. I'm size M/L and my chest is 38-39 inches. If it was bigger, the M/L size would probably be tight.
