I want to say how fantastic "Loretta Green LLC" answered my initial question about calibration. They contacted me and were able to solve the problem. I was told that the original unit had the calibration screw under a cover while later versions had the adjustment on the back. John was excellent and they stood by their 100% guarantee. I am confident that the updated counter will live up to the high expectations and standards Loretta Green has for the products she sells. After I receive the blood glucose meter, I will conduct additional tests. I really didn't expect to receive the high level of service they provided. Unbelievable!
