For what I need they work well. They are very light so you will need extra weight to keep them on the table. The drawer works well, but it gets a little stuck when pulled out. It doesn't hold a lot of papers and the files are too narrow. The pen section is ideal for around 12 pens, with the smaller section being suitable for clips. One of the legs isn't straight, so it wobbles a bit, but not critically. Wood is not what I would call durable. It reminds me of the balsa wood planes we bought as kids. The color is nice, soft white and brass accents look nice. I'm giving four stars because it's a bit overpriced for what it is. I liked that there was no assembly.
