The best thing about this software is the ability to view all of your campaigns in one place. It's also very easy to use, and will help you see how everything ties together from social media management to analytics reporting. The interface isn't as intuitive as other platforms in its class. I wish there was more information at each step of the process. Some functions can be a bit confusing, but overall I think it's worth the time investment. Our team has been able to pull all marketing efforts into one spot. This has helped us keep track of where our efforts are taking us and what areas need attention.
