This item meets my needs well. I had trouble using CarPlay with a Lightning cable. CarPlay connected to my phone. However, the first swipe or twist disconnected the phone from CarPlay. This key solved that problem! Being able to use CarPlay wirelessly has made my CarPlay experience MUCH better! I just LOVE this product! I drive a 2020 Honda HR-V Sport. I've had this key for a little over a month. I've only had very minor issues where it suddenly shut down. It was VERY rare. It always immediately reconnects itself when it disconnects. I agree with the time it takes to initialize. However, some people may not like the initial boot time. I estimate the longest wait was a full minute (which is rare). I offered this key to my mother who has a 2020 Honda CR-V. She loves it as much as I do. I would definitely recommend it for the 2020 Honda HR-V and CR-V.
