Review on 📏 EAGems Digital Electronic Caliper for Precise Measurements by Andrew Kay

I struggled with this caliper for more than a year. You need at least one auto-shutoff feature. For some unknown reason, it turns itself on when it's off and not in use. I used 6 batteries (CR 2032) when testing this item. This is a regular battery and I could keep 7 or 8 of these batteries in stock as every time I had to use it the battery was 100% dead. There is a very small screw that needs to be unscrewed to replace the battery. So, by the will of fate, I dropped the screw and I can't find it. I had to use duct tape to hold everything together. Then yesterday, June 22, 2019, I started using it and the sensor got stuck at 00:00 in all usage modes. I would ask for a replacement but it's probably too late to ask for help. There are many inexpensive calipers to choose from, so don't waste your money on this one.
