Great deal for 2 kitchen shears.
If you need to cut out the backbone from a turkey or chicken: these will be able to handle the job.Easily washed in the sink or put into the dishwasher.Good value and solidly built.

will not cut thru chicken bones.....little hard to cut meat.....

These shears cut well. They seem to come apart easily where two blades are connected. Overall they are scissors and get the job done for household needs. I bought a kitchen aid set to cut meat.
