Drawer is easy to assemble. You literally take it out of the box, lift the drawer, close the sides, slide in the tray and you're done. I haven't folded it or traveled with it, but I suspect it will be as easy as setting it up. It has a divider which was one of the reasons I ordered the box. Another reason was its size and strength. This is escape proof. I have two four month old Labradoodles; One weighs 35# and the other 50#. The separator is difficult to attach and detach. The two-door drawer option could have been better if there were doors on both ends instead of an end and middle door. The middle door option isn't useful if you're using a partition. Bought a box with a door. Every time my dogs get in or out I have to struggle to detach and reattach the baffle. The garage door style is amazing. The drawer features multiple handles and the door is easy to lift and place on top of the drawer. The door even allows you to open halfway and stay open in place. Finally, I put a thick blanket under the drawer to protect the floor. Overall I am happy with my purchase.
