Review on 🧀 Slice and serve with the Prodyne CK-300 Multi-Use Cheese Fruit and Veggie Knife by Danae Velasco

I've had one of these knives for a couple of years now and just bought another one. The former is still going strong, but this knife has found many uses (not just for cheese). It doesn't cut hard cheeses as easily as wire cutters, but it's very strong, easy to hold and control, and due to the reduced blade area, cuts much easier than a quality steak knife or sharp paring knife. I use it primarily for slicing 5-pound blocks of Tillamook cheddar cheese - as a cheese lover, I recommend it. Withstands washing in the dishwasher.
