You've just arrived and you think the assembly is easy. However, the instructions are INVALID. NO explanation why/where the washers and supplied screws go! It was fairly easy to figure out how to connect the posts by tightening the allen screws and then attaching the hooks by screwing in the cap screws (with lots of force and a wrench!). Other than that I have 2 washers, 3 thin brackets and 12 screws that I have no idea where they go or what they are for! They are not mentioned in the instructions and are not even listed on the packaging!
