Cheap and easy exchange.
Cables to open the hood worked perfectly. Installation was very easy and only took a few minutes. Be sure to lubricate the locking mechanism under the hood where the cable attaches. If this part is rusty and stuck under the hood like mine, you'll have to wiggle it back and forth to loosen it. If you choose not to, your new cable is likely to break just like the old one.
