I have never used cupping so full disclosure is new to me. However, as soon as I opened the box I was impressed with the quality of the product and the way it was packaged. I decided to try this for 2 main reasons: sore muscles from partial training and stress and I'm happy to report that I could feel a difference after just a few uses. Second, as a type 1 diabetic, I wanted to see if cupping would help loosen some of the scar tissue under my skin and relieve some of the bumps that were forming. It will be more of a process and will take additional time, but I'm sure it will be a great addition to help the process.
