As always, Mean Well goes one step further. Connect a 180W Class D stereo amplifier and switchable line-in/Bluetooth receiver module to one of them and reduce the voltage to the minimum voltage which is 31V with no load. (The max voltage of my amp is 32V). Be careful with the output voltage adjustment potentiometer, it can be easily bent. So make sure you adjust the output voltage before connecting your device(s). The fan only turns on when heat is present. I've never run it under a high enough load to hear it spinning for my application and it's always on. VERY happy with it and although I may hear a few dB of noise from my amp and bluetooth receiver module if I put my ear directly on my tweeters I get 1% of the noise I get with any other source I've recently tried have year with this configuration. The amount I get is high frequency (no 60Hz hum) and about the same volume as the overall noise level in my room with laptops and smart LED lights on. Most people wouldn't even notice.
