Long gone are the days of long nails. I have two hairless guinea pigs that need their nails trimmed to keep them from scratching themselves and regrowing. I started out with regular nail clippers but they pinched and damaged her nails so I bought this pair hoping to solve this problem. They are so easy to use and the visibility I now have when clipping her nails makes me feel better. safe and less nervous from cutting/cutting too high and hitting the vein. The comfortable grip and size of the nail clipper has made my life and the guinea pig's life so much more enjoyable.
