If you've never used a Fupa then you're not as good as you could be. Does that explain how good this product is? Makes a good welder an even better welder. I've heard people say to learn from the standard cup before moving on to FUPA. I think that may be true just so you know how much easier and cleaner your TIG welds are. Providing adequate permanent coverage of the gas, allowing for a fairly large tungsten overhang. I'm not a professional, but I have some experience. I use a cheaper welder (Prime Weld) that comes with a great torch (CK Worldwide). With Fupa, my garage TIG welding machine is now a real pleasure!
