Pull the power steering reservoir up and then move the PS pump to the side, remove the tensioner bolts and replace with a new tensioner. 16 ft-lbs for tensioner bolts and 16 ft-lbs for PS pump bolts Install new belt. I flushed the PS fluid with Honda power steering fluid until it ran clear. wash your hands All belt and pump noises are gone!
