Review on Optimized Search: Amazon Essentials Boys' Performance Mesh Basketball Shorts by Aaron Parish

Okay my son is almost 7 and the size of a 9 year old and weighs about 100 pounds he is definitely a husky. I usually buy size L/XL for this type of shorts depending on how they look and the big size is usually 10-12 so unfortunately I looked at the size chart wrong lol. Where the age was listed I thought it meant US size and after reading the reviews I thought they ran small but I'm here to let you know they don't run small at all actually think I that they are true to size if not a bit larger. I end up ordering XXL for my son and they are too big but they have a drawstring waist and I rolled them up once they get us through until his uniform shorts arrive. On the plus side he now has 2 pairs of shorts that will fit him next summer or for vacation. Sizing aside, the fabric is nice, the drawstring and pockets are always good, so yes, the sizing is average and depends on how you want it to fit!
