Yes, I'm one of those crazy people who use it as a shiny finish on models and miniatures. Yes, this is the right stuff. Yes it really works, yes it sprays undiluted through the airbrush nozzle (I use a 0.5mm nozzle for this), yes it really sticks and lasts for years. Brush small areas after applying a satin or flat coat if needed, but yeah I could use this stuff instead, I just find it easier to scrub out of a small bottle than a wringer bottle. So if you want to brush it, grab a small jar or bowl to do some of it. And yes, when my "official" glossy finish is gone, I use a can of it and put some in it.
