Femme fun ultra wand massager At first I thought it was a really good product but it didn't last long. They have a one year warranty but I mean exactly 4 months after the thing stops working. I charged it so that the light was constant and then turned it off by holding the power button for 2 seconds and it would blink and then come back on before turning off. There is no movement. No vibration. silent. Nothing. I had to try to contact support. It was like knowing I wasn't going to get my money back with a guarantee and all, but I needed to see if there was anything their support team could do and that was even weirder and more disheartening. I emailed and didn't really get much communication other than "guarantee transfer, we can give a 20% coupon" but wanted to speak to someone to fully explain the error. I called and spoke to a woman on the phone named Mia, she sounded very disoriented when she answered. First she answered the call with a word like "hello" or something and I had to ask who I was talking to. Then she only gave her name, nothing more. I asked Femme Fun customer service and they said yes. Another one word answer. Like it's someone's cell phone. She then asked if I was the one who sent the letter, did I say I emailed you? She didn't know. He then told me to text her to find out, then explained that she wasn't even at her computer. She kept offering a 20% discount and told me the only thing they could do was for me to send the item along by paying the shipping cost and they would then send it to the manufacturer to have a look. She explained that they would destroy it to look inside and see what was wrong and I would not give it back. It's sooooo easy for you to stop your company from producing other faulty ones, but how does that help me? Mind you, this is customer service, I had to wait and then call to get her and she's not even on my desk? strange. I mean I think she offered 20% but the whole experience changed my perspective on this fun company. Not pleasant at all lol.
