I received an HDMI only switch replacement product and have had to reduce the number of mice and keyboards I use. This device worked well after understanding the problem I was having. The seller asked for a review and I mentioned my confusion about the device. He contacted me and understood the problem and then replaced it with a newer model. I told him I could live with my problem but he insisted on replacing the device for me. The switch maintains a connection with the computer so it switches faster. The computer does not understand that the display is gone. I can't believe the price includes all cables (HDMI and USB) for 4 devices. That makes it a really great deal. The service I received was fantastic.
