3rd update: Installed November 2018 - It's just starting to fail (January 2021) - I'm pretty sure it's because my car burns A LOT of oil thanks to subpar Toyota piston rings, and worse the recall policy. I will probably buy this item again; It was worth the cost of the 2+ years he gave me. My car has over 200,000 km. 2nd update: 50,000 miles and still runs great. Update: 1 year has passed and still works great. Very happy with this replacement. I've waited months to post this review because I wanted to make sure it worked. It's good. Installation was easy and my check engine light stopped coming on. There was an odd smell for a few days but I think that was just because it was new and possibly oil on the metal we burn. Scion XB 2011.
