After buying this to make jewelry I read some reviews, there were some that received less than 120 pieces. To check my own I counted them all and found that none were missing, but at least 7 wood trimmings were miscut and one of the seven trimming holes wasn't centered properly so one of those couldn't be saved unless you morph them it into a wooden circle and make your own hole placement. Luckily, the remaining six could be saved, although one of them was in such a condition by cutting off and sanding excess wood. I recommend if you want this to be an art project for younger children you check the decorations first and remove/repair any other defective ones to avoid possible cuts and splinters.
