Not enough anchors or screws. The included anchors are for BRICK WALLS ONLY. You'll need to buy your own anchors and screws if you're hanging it through drywall, wood, or anything other than brick. I used a very strong anchor and drywall screw that can hold up to 250lbs per anchor and with 3 kids bikes in one pad (3 hooks) it was actually too heavy and ripped out a couple of my anchors and screws! When he pulled out my anchor and removed the screw, he broke the metal around the screw hole. I don't recommend this product until they provide customers with the right equipment for all possible surfaces. It took us 1 hour to install plus extra money due to lack of proper equipment. I am extremely disappointed.
