No connection to soundbar
Connected to Sony TV but large button does not mute. The sound for the TV is provided by the Sony HT-S350 Soundbar with wireless subwoofer, but I couldn't find the code in the manual, on the website, or online. I called them, the number is listed on the phone line, not on the support service. The agent suggested trying each code individually. So I tried all 425 codes (it took several hours) but NONE worked. I'm done. Return.
