The program is very user friendly as it has an easy dashboard to navigate through. It is also quite intuitive with its drag drop feature which makes setting up new fields very simple. We have been able to track our employee time effectively without having any issues with this product. There are times when we need to manually input data but that happens rarely. This is only because of the nature of our business where there are many changes all throughout the year. I would recommend this software for your organization if you're looking into tracking work hours without wasting money or resources. Tracking employees' labor can be difficult especially when they don't always clock their own hours correctly. With this program though, it's made easier with automatic updates every month so no errors ever occur. Also, the reports section allows us to easily view how much each employee is worth and what he/she needs to do to move towards earning more paychecks per month. I like that it has a mobile app and that it integrates well with other systems. I also like that it is easy to use and the system is intuitive. I dislike that the system is very expensive and you can only have a limited number of users. The system is too complicated for my small company. We used it for scheduling staff and it has been good for that. It is very easy to use and the staff love it.
