For the price I guess it’s maybe ok for a super amateur user.Pro:- Cheap priceCon:- Cheaply made- The ab roller is a bar that’s too long with handles that are too short. There’s nothing securing the bar in the roller so you’ll be sliding left and right through the roller at all times (also it doesn’t look exactly like the pictures- The jump rope is a joke and is meant for someone maybe 5’6” ?- The push-up bars are going to hurt your hands due to poor padding- The hand grip exercisers have zero resistance- Not sure what the little blue toy yoga mat is for, but I stopped playing with G.I. Joes a long time ago so I guess I can give it to my nephew to use with his toys?Overall PASS ON THIS

- The jump rope is not adjustable in length, which may be problematic for users who are either too tall or too short to use it comfortably
