Review on TEKTON 30812 Double Faced Soft Mallet: Optimal Tool for Gentle yet Powerful Impact by Kyle Herrera

Good little hammer. Definitely worth $10

good hammer. I got mine to put plastic fittings in the watering pipe. The small size is very practical for me, since most of my work takes place in the limited space in the burrows. I can unscrew one side of the head to make the hammer even smaller while still being effective for my purpose. For me this was a much better option than the cheaper bulky rubber mallets. I don't think mine has worn out from accidentally hitting the plastic, but if you knock a lot you can easily switch heads, which is pretty cool. The metal also appears to be of good quality and finish. There is a very similar hammer that costs $1 or $2 less but has a terrible finish due to possible rough processing, it costs an extra $2. Sure, it's not the best hammer in the world, but it might be the best hammer for $10.
